For those who don't know (probably everyone), I've been in Vermont this week (although now I'm blogging in Montreal, getting weird looks from the local Quebecois). Here are a couple of new music organizations you should pay attention to from the Green Mountain State.

Koreans Have Small Hands

I can't find anything interesting to post today, but I found a couple of funny YouTube videos that prove that if you're Korean, you were forced to learn the piano as a kid.

RIP Erich Kunzel (1935-2009)

Yesterday I read in the Cincinnati Enquirer that Erich Kunzel, conductor for the Cincinnati Pops, passed away. This is very sad, and Cincinnatians are definitely mourning him. His death wasn't a shock to me, but the announcement that he had cancer of the pancreas, liver and colon a few months ago certainly was. Cancer is awful.
